Originally released in 1993 (the album's first single, "When You Gonna Learn," was released on Oct. 19, 1992), the album received rave reviews and reached number one. To date, 'Emergency On Planet Earth' has been declared multi-platinum and has sold more than 3 million copies worldwide. This marks the beginning of the 30th anniversary celebration of one of the most groundbreaking and leading British bands of recent times.
